Mark W. Eisses, PE
MAP Ltd.'s corporate engineer and one of the three principals. His expertise includes roadway design, grading plans, drainage systems, utility systems, site planning and temporary erosion and siltation control plans.
Mark has worked on projects such as Ridgetop Boulevard in Silverdale, Bremerton Fred Meyer, Silverdale Costco, Silverdale's Ross Plaza, Olympic Village Apartments in East Bremerton and the Newberry Woods subdivision.
In addition to his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Washington State University, Mark has specialized training in urban stormwater quality management (C.E.U.) and designing commercial Advantex sewage effluent treatment systems (Orenco). He is the past president of the Kitsap County branch of American Society of Civil Engineers.
K. Patrick Fuhrer, PE
A project engineer with MAP since 1987 and a principal since 1989. Pat has a broad range of expertise that includes roadway design, water systems, sanitary sewer system, grading plans and hydrologic basin studies. He also specializes in LID design and retrofit, fish passage improvement engineering, sitework optimization and AutoCAD applications.
His portfolio includes projects such as the Clear Creek Trail master plan and trail system layout, Nisqually River Estuary restoration project grading design, the 1991 Basin B Drainage Comprehensive Plan for the City of Bainbridge Island and land use planning and site engineering for CRISTA Shores in Silverdale, just to name a few.
Pat has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Washington State University and is a SITEOPS Certified Professional. He has been involved with organizations such as Clear Creek Task Force, Kitsap DCD Advisory Committee and Silverdale Chamber of Commerce. He also is past president of the Kitsap County branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
